    I was going to link the same thing. It's unsettling the reliance on testimony from immunified crimminals.

    If Tookie can be redeemed, then indemnified criminals can tell the truth. The latter is more believable than the former.

    heh. here's memer's rule for capital punishment: if a substantial portion of the evidence makes you a) cock an eyebrow or b) look away in unease... don't kill the guy. what can i say, i'm a simple man.
